Holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Sociology and a Doctor of Philosophy in Sociology (High Commendation) from the University of the West Indies. He joined the Department of Sociology in 2021. He currently serves as the Coordinator of the Commonwealth Master of Public Administration and Business Administration programs and Head of the Graduate School of the Social Science. Prior to joining the faculty he worked as a Lecturer with the Department of Government, Sociology, Social Work and Psychology at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados. He has published in the field of Sociology and was part of the Planning Committee for the 2022 Conference of the Caribbean Sociological Association.
